Shipping policy

Terms of delivery.

1 The offers in this online-shop represent a non-binding invitation to the Customer. By placing his order, the Customer submits a binding purchase. Aurora Productions acknowledges receipt and confirms said purchase by means of an e-mailed confirmation to the Customer and the delivery of the ordered goods.

2. Prices, Availability and Delivery

Prices in our webshop are quoted incl. VAT, Freight costs and costs of customs clearance (where applicable) are not included. For retailers (when logged in) the following discounts are applied: 45% on cards, posters, etc.; 35% on books. Orders from within Europe for an amount of € 250.00 or more are shipped free of charge. This is also the case for orders from outside of Europe for an amount of € 300.00 or more.

Unless stipulated otherwise, we opt for the cheapest mode of transportation and dispatch the goods by post or parcel service.

Aurora Productions endeavours to keep delays of delivery as short as possible. Should there be any delay in delivery, the Customer will be informed accordingly.

3. Payment Conditions

Buying on account is not possible through our webshop. Should you wish to do so, please mail the code numbers of the articles and the quantities. Unless otherwise stipulated, our invoices are payable without any deduction within 30 days from date of invoice. 

4. Retention of title

Pending payment in full all goods delivered shall remain property of Aurora Productions.

5. Warranty

Aurora will be informed of visible defects within five days on receipt of the goods. 

6. Data Privacy

We undertake to protect the confidentiality of your personal data and not to provide them to third parties.

7. Applicable Law and Place of Jurisdiction

Dutch Law is applicable. Place of jurisdiction is Alkmaar, Holland.
