Privacy Policy

When processing your data, Aurora Productions adheres to the rules and conditions laid down in the Dutch General Data Protection Regulation (AVG) as of May 25, 2018.

Article 1: Use of data

Aurora Productions uses your information to provide and invoice our services, and to call or email you if necessary to process your order.

If you obtain information from us and do not become a customer, we will not store your personal data. E-mails you send to us will be deleted after response if you decide not to place an order.

Article 2: Legal obligations

Aurora Productions cannot avoid providing data to third parties based on legal obligations (such as the Tax Authorities)

Article 3: Right of access and rectification

You may at any time view or change the information that Aurora Productions has collected from you if it is incorrect. You can contact us for this.

Article 4: Third parties

4.1 Aurora Productions does not provide your information to third parties without your permission.

4.2 If you have given permission to share your personal data with third parties, you have the right to withdraw it.

4.3 An exception to 4.1 and 4.2 is a request from the Tax Authorities. Your personal data may be shared with them as proof of our turnover.

Article 5: Retention period

We store the personal data referred to in Article 2 for 7 years. We do this because the tax authorities can request administration and invoices up to 7 years ago as proof of turnover.

Article 6: Security

Aurora Productions takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification. If you have the impression that your data is not properly secured or there are indications of misuse, please contact us.

Article 7: Procedure for infringements

It is always possible that the personal data being processed may fall into the wrong hands due to human error, computer errors, etc. If the breach poses a high risk to the rights and freedoms of the individual, we will immediately inform the data subjects of the facts and measures. We will ensure that necessary steps are taken to notify the Privacy Commission of the breach in question within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, unless the breach does not pose a high risk to the rights and freedoms of the individual . (Art. 32-34 of the AVG).

Article 8: Complaints

In the event of a violation of your privacy, you have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

Article 9: Consent

You must give your explicit, informed and unambiguous consent to the processing of personal data as described in this Privacy Statement. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time upon simple written request. We reserve the right to change this Privacy Statement.
